Vinton Gray Cerf

Vinton Gray Cerf was born in 1943. He is considered one of the creators of the Internet. After graduating from Stanford University and the University of California, found employment at DARPA. He played a key role in creating the basic network protocol – TCP / IP, he also wrote the first commercial email program. In addition to scientific work, Vint Cerf was also a member of the board of The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), awarded and standardized domain names, administering IP resources and managing DNS servers.
